    Bio

    Heather Krimsly received her Bachelors of Arts (BA) from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire. She received her Masters of Social Work (MSW) from Portland State University. She has advanced training in Mindfulness & Meditation, CBT, HeartMath Bio-Feedback, Structural Dissociation Theory, EMDR, and most recently, Natural Processing--an approach that combines EMDR with Somatic work.

    Heather works exclusively via telehealth.
